Structured Project Capital

Your stake in Africa's mining future — structured, protected, and accountable.

Mine Contribo connects contributors with vetted mining projects across Zimbabwe and Africa. Every contribution is escrow-held, every drawdown is evidence-based, and every contributor sets the return floor they will accept — before a single dollar moves.

How your capital is protected

Escrow-held funds

Released only against verified evidence — invoices, permits, operational reports.

Your return floor

You set the minimum you'll accept. Capital recovery is always the floor.

Project reserve fund

Every project holds a reserve equal to funding sought — untouched until your term concludes.

Proportionate returns

Your share of revenue mirrors your share of funding — transparent and fixed upfront.

What we do

Not a fund. Not a loan. A structured stake in a real project.

Mining projects across Africa carry enormous potential — and equally significant risk. Mine Contribo is a project-based revenue participation platform. We help mining operations access the funding they need, while making sure every contributor's capital is protected, tracked, and put to work with full accountability.

For contributors

  • Choose the specific project you want to support — no pooled funds across projects.
  • Your funds sit in a dedicated project escrow account until drawdown criteria are met.
  • Set your acceptable return range — your floor is always capital recovery, your ceiling is your full proportionate share.
  • The project holds a reserve equal to total funding sought — protecting your floor for the full term.

For mining companies

  • Access structured capital without surrendering equity or taking on conventional debt.
  • We review and list your project — connecting you with qualified contributors across the region.
  • Funds are released in tranches against verified milestones — keeping both parties accountable.
  • Your reserve fund is returned in full at successful conclusion — minus our service fee.

The process

How Mine Contribo works

Full explanation
1

Project is listed

A mining company submits a fully documented project. Mine Contribo reviews viability, revenue basis, and confirms the reserve fund commitment before listing.

2

Contributors allocate

Contributors review the project's term sheet — return pool, term, revenue basis — and commit their allocation. Each sets their acceptable return range before funds move to escrow.

3

Funds release on evidence

Drawdowns are released in tranches against verified milestones — permits, supplier invoices, operational reports. No evidence, no release.

4

Returns distributed

Contributors receive their proportionate share of the return pool. The reserve fund protects their floor. On clean conclusion, the reserve returns to the project owner.
